Provisur Brings Integrated Platform of Processing Technologies to 2011 AMI Booth #1013

Provisur Technologies is coming to the AMI with exciting innovations from its Beehive, Cashin, Formax and Weiler family of brands. The exhibit will accentuate the broadest platform of automated forming, slicing, grinding, separating and mixing systems available. From raw material to finished formed and sliced products, the Provisur name stands for integrated efficiency, ingenuity and food safety coupled with a 24/7 commitment to the customer that is second to none.

Beehive is a world leader in meat recovery and separator equipment. The Piranha Desinewer/Filter extracts high quality ground meat from bone collection materials, returning 95 percent of the product as a clean, ground meat product.

Formax will display its Maxum700 forming system with production rates up to 10,000 (4536 kg) per hour along side of its Ultra26 with servo knock out drives. Formax’s advanced technology enhances product quality and texture through the various mold plate actions and eliminates product variations for burgers, chicken, sausages and more. On the slicing side, the mid-sized PowerMax3000 slicing system promises superior performance with up to three independent product drives, a generous 15″ slicing throat (380 mm) and a fast loading center rear load design. It is fully compatible with the PowerScanner option and its true 3-D imaging capabilities for natural and irregularly shaped products.

Weiler is celebrated for its rugged line of grinders, mixers, mixer/grinders and material handling systems. Now a member of the Provisur family, Weiler’s latest innovations include the Dominator 11 Mixer/Grinder with Balanced Flow and OMNI V 1107 Multi-Grinder. Balanced Flow technology virtually eliminates roll back, turbulence and unnecessary work to raw materials. It provides consistent particle definition, great texture and a better product overall. The OMNI V 1107 allows for quick speed adjustments so operators can better optimize production quality and volume with fresh or frozen applications.
