Provisur Technologies presents its latest innovations at Anuga FoodTec from 27 to 30 March 2012, highlighting solutions from the Formax® Forming, Formax® Slicing, TS Techniek (TST™) and Weiler® family of brands. Provisur also introduces separation equipment from its most recently-acquired brand, AM2C®.

Provisur’s exhibit showcases the latest integrated systems, from raw material to finished products, with food safety features and customer service that are second to none.

AM2C, the newest brand in the Provisur family, will display its innovative SD 3050 Separator. AM2C’s separating and deboning machines offer benefits like a low rotation speed, low rise temperature, low maintenance cost, accurate yield adjustment and a design that is easy to take apart, clean and re-assemble.

Formax® Forming will highlight the recently launched NovaMax500™ system, designed for superior throughput, product texture, hygiene and ROI. A Servo-Controlled Rotary Product Pump and Direct Drive Servo system offer speeds up to 100 strokes per minute and production rates up to 2722 kg per hour.

Formax® Slicing will display its PowerMax3000™ slicing system. The mid-sized PowerMax3000 enhances performance with advanced features such as a generous 380mm slicing throat, options for up to three independent drives and a new center-rear load design.

TST™ will showcase its 600 series, which includes a Pre-Duster, Coater, Batter Mixer, Fryer and Freezer. Key design principles are based on hygienic construction, low energy consumption, food safety, high quality, low maintenance, low operation costs, operator safety and customer value.

Weiler®, known for its rugged line of grinders, mixers, mixer/grinders and material handling systems, will exhibit the MG806/20A Mixer/Grinder, with a grinding capacity of up to 4536 kg per hour. By combining the unique Weiler counter-rotating, overlapping paddle mixing system with the state-of-the-art engineering of Weiler grinders, this solution is as quick as it is gentle, ensuring the most premium end product possible.
