Global food processing leader expands end-to-end solutions with high-tech acquisition
THE WOODLANDS, TX., December 8, 2025 – Fortifi Food Processing Solutions (“Fortifi”), a global leader in food processing automation and related software, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Provisur Technologies (“Provisur”), a leading provider of further processing solutions to the protein industry. The acquisition reinforces Fortifi’s commitment to offer complete solutions that integrate optimal automation, robotics and software capabilities.
